Role & Responsibility: Preparation of Mining Plans as per Central Government guidelines, applicable standards and statutory procedures. ???? Development of future mine layouts considering geological characteristics and production/development targets. ???? Strong knowledge of the MMDR Act, Rules, Regulations and amendments. ???? Mine topography, mine geology, recoverable reserve estimation, blasting parameters and mine drainage planning. ???? Preparation of Environmental Management Plans covering water regime, biodiversity, air quality, noise and socio-economic impacts. ???? Preparation of year-wise land reclamation, environmental monitoring, mine closure and R&R plans. ???? Lead mine safety planning, accident analysis and implementation of safety measures. ???? Supervise, mentor and guide technical teams while ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables.
