Role & Responsibility: Plan and execute quarry & aggregate operations to achieve production, quality and cost targets. Mine planning, bench design, reserve optimization and life-of-mine plans. Drilling & blasting, excavation, loading, hauling and material handling. Operation and optimization of crushing, screening and washing plants (jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, VSI, screeners, etc.). Ensure quality control of aggregates and meeting customer specifications. Optimize equipment utilization – excavators, loaders, dumpers, drills, dozers, crushers, screens and conveyors. Manage contractors, manpower, productivity, safety and cost. Ensure statutory compliance, environmental management and sustainable mining practices. Improve processes, implement new technologies and drive continuous improvement. Material dispatch, logistics coordination and customer satisfaction.
