Role & Responsibility: Planning and coordination of survey activities related to Mining and Land leases of Mines Division. • Conducting different kinds of survey i.e., Topography, DGPS, Drone, Cadastral Survey etc. as and when required. • Maintain and update plans, drawing, section, maps, and village sheet. Review the plans and sections maintained in mines survey department in consultation with group surveyor. • In consultation with respective departments conduct field visits of Mining Land Leases and sand leases for ensuring security of leases. Annual and periodic coal grading in consultation with respective departments and NRD. • Preparation of Mine Plan and Mine Closure Plan including progressive mine closure plan of all mines including sand mines. • Prepare/Attend different visits of government officials to mines. Coordination with coal controller office related to different reports and coal grading. • Coordinate with DFO/DMO/FOREST/DDM/ORSAC/DGMS/REVENUE /LOCAL authority for various proposals related to survey in consultation with respective departments. Dealing with DMO for sand transportation permit and its reconciliation. • Preparation of various drawing of mining/land leases in Surpac/Auto Cad/ARC-GIS. Maintain KML file of all lease areas. • Computation/preparation of volumetric reports of different survey. Periodic coal stock measurement and reports to be sent to the respective departments. External stowing material movement report to be kept and stowing material stock measurement and reconciliation in periodic intervals. • Support to Engineering Group for various proposal, Monitoring of Land Use Pattern of different leases.
Description: Good knowledge and experience of handling Total Station, Auto-Level and DGPS. Ability to work with Auto-CAD, KML & ARC- GIS Software and minimum 5 years of experience in Surveying (Mining, Civil & Cadastral Survey). 1. Mine and Topology Survey working with Total Station, DGPS etc. Work experience for preparation of drawing in Auto-CAD, KML/Arc-GIS. 2. Area marking and layout marking on the construction sites. 3. Ability to understand and review mine plan and layout 4. Ability to observe proposal Vs Actual in various KPIs
