Role & Responsibility: Supervision of Mines & implementation of rules and regulations for safe working.

Description: 1. Diploma in Mining or Mining engineering or other equivalent qualification approved in that behalf by the Central Government and 2. Valid Overman’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 2017 or any certificate in Mining which entitles to work as Overman as per Coal Mines Regulation 2017 and 3. Valid First Aid Certificate. Candidates applying against the vacancies notified in a particular State, should have proficiency in the specified local / regional language i.e., Tamil (Neyveli, Tamilnadu). In support of local / regional language proficiency, candidates are required to produce SSLC / 10th Standard / Matriculation certificate as proof of having medium of study in local / regional language or having studied local / regional language as one of the subjects.
