Role & Responsibility: Responsible for managing the resource plan and production plan for efficient mine operations. Execute operations to achieve production targets, including OB Removal and Coal production. Ensure safety during mine operations and enforce all safety protocols. Oversee and ensure compliance with all operational regulations and requirements. Conducts daily toolbox talk. Ensure equipment(HEMM), overman and mining sirdar deployment as per plan.

Description: B. Tech / B.E in Mining Engineering or related field. 2-7 years of experience in the mining industry. DGMS - First Class Competency Certificate
